This full-day programme aims to demonstrate how service innovation is changing the relationship between manufacturing and services and how better services contribute to making the economy more competitive and efficient. It is organised in two consecutive sessions: each session has a clear, practical company focus, based on case studies of sectors and companies on how they have shaped new business and markets. The sessions conclude with a roundtable discussion addressing the policy implications of these changes.
