The curriculum will address in the short-term the needs of Innovation Management support providers. In the longer-term the program will include all Innovation Management professionals.

 

The curriculum of the IMP³rove – European Innovation Management Academy provides a wide spectrum of possibilities to further improve one’s knowledge in Innovation Management. Different level of proficiency will be addressed with the various courses designed for better Innovation Management. The holistic IMP³rove Approach to Innovation Management, the profound academic research, and the focus on practical application are key differentiating factors of the IMP³rove curriculum.

A curriculum for various levels of proficiency in Innovation Management support includes trainings on the IMP³rove Approach, on Innovation Management and on Innovation Management consulting. Complementary trainings and practitioners’ workshops are developed on a continuous basis.
The curriculum offers a continuous development of knowledge in Innovation Management. The basic level is for consultants and intermediaries who would like to acquire knowledge in Innovation Management as well as in IMP³rove to expand their service portfolio into Innovation Management. The more advanced level includes topics such as innovation strategy, or Innovation Management consulting and Innovation Management Auditing.
The IMP³rove curriculum will be continuously further developed to best meet the demand of innovation service providers as well as of SMEs. The table below provides the overview of the current training scheme.

The curriculum is subject to changes and continuous development.
The trainings are designed for highly interactive class-room-training. They also aim at fostering the networking of the training participants. Case studies as well as best practice examples complement the theory.
