Certificates
Certificates will be issued for each level. This increases the transparency in the market for Innovation Management support. The certificates are awarded for a defined period of time. Thus it will be ensured that the owner of the certificate is up-to-date and following the state-of-the-art Innovation Management. The IMP³rove certificates will be valid for two years.
IMP³rove Guide
Training participants as well as other innovation support providers who would like to qualify for the “IMP³rove Guide” are offered a certificate based on attendance.
Certified innovation support providers are offered the registration on the IMP³rove platform as IMP³rove Guide.
IMP³rove Expert I
Consultants and intermediaries who would like to refresh or expand their knowledge in Innovation Management are offered specific trainings on Innovation Management. They cover both specific topics from the “A.T. Kearney House of Innovation” as well as consulting tools that have been successfully applied and improve the consulting quality at SMEs.
Innovation support providers who would like to develop further skills in consulting are offered a two-day training on Innovation Management consulting.
Based on a half day test and a case study the support providers are certified as IMP³rove Experts (I).
Certified innovation support providers are offered the registration on the IMP³rove platform as IMP³rove Experts (I).
IMP³rove Expert II
Innovation professionals with experience in innovation support are offered trainings on specific topics in Innovation Management as well as on Innovation Management consulting.
Based on a half day test and case studies, the support providers are certified as IMP³rove Experts (II).
Certified innovation support providers are offered the registration on the IMP³rove platform as IMP³rove Experts (II).
IMP³rove Auditor
Innovation support providers and Innovation Management consultants who are highly experienced in Innovation Management and already registered as IMP³rove Expert II can qualify for the IMP³rove Auditor level. These IMP³rove Auditors are authorized to audit Innovation Management processes at SMEs as well as auditing innovation support providers seeking the next level of proficiency.
Based on participation in the training program for auditors and Certification Workshops with at least three different SMEs, and on three case examples for auditing, the support providers are certified as IMP³rove Auditors.
These certified innovation support providers are offered the registration on the IMP³rove platform as IMP³rove Auditors.
