Core of the IMP³rove Assessment is the “A.T. Kearney House of Innovation” that covers all dimensions of Innovation Management. IMP³rove benchmarks the SMEs along these dimensions.

Dimensions of the IMP³rove Assessment

The IMP³rove Assessment results are documented in the IMP³rove Benchmarking reports. They provide detailed insights how the company is leveraging Innovation Management capabilities for sustainable growth and competitiveness. The company can select the benchmarking sample that they would like to compare with regarding the industry sector, the country the competitors are based, their size and age.

The IMP³rove Assessment is only the first step in the IMP³rove Approach to stronger competitiveness and Innovation Management performance.
