B Creative Activities

In order to reach its objectives, B Creative conducts research that identifies and explores:

  • Opportunities and barriers for creative start-ups and university spin-offs;
  • Existing and new networks as well as the possibility to create synergies by linking them;
  • Existing services innovation support tools.

Based on the research, B Creative develops a support package specifically tailored to the needs of start-ups and university spin-offs in the creative sector that incorporate tools such as online forums, self-assessment tool, instruments to inventory financial needs and intellectual property rights, etc. The support package is fully accessible via the Europe INNOVA web portal in order to enable and facilitate international networking and knowledge transfer among different actors active in the creative sector.

B Creative also runs a series of networking and knowledge sharing events such as a business plan competition; workshops, seminars and coaching sessions. These events are addressed to both creative entrepreneurs and investors interested in business opportunities within the creative sector.
