REMake Activities
The main activities of REMake include:
- Exchange of experience on existing innovation support services addressing the RRE field, comparing different strategies and identifying the sector specific needs;
- Development, implementation and testing of a two-stage innovation voucher schemes for manufacturing SMEs which are aiming to innovate and grow in the European lead market field of RRE ;
- Development and implementation of an easy-to-use online self assessment tool for a first analysis of the innovation and improvement potentialities in RRE for manufacturing SMEs (RRE-SAT);
- Selection of specific companies to be supported by the two-step voucher mechanism with the help of innovation agencies;
- Development, promotion and testing of consultancy modules and tools on eco-design, life-cycle assessment, and eco-innovation management;
- Development and delivery of training on eco-design, life-cycle assessment, eco-innovation management and resource efficiency based on good practice examples on how to address these issues in manufacturing SMEs.
- Promotion of the widest use and market uptake of sustainability and innovation-enabling standards and regulations in the field of RRE in European manufacturing SMEs, by embedding them fully in the support tools;
- Dissemination of the project results and outcomes with similar stakeholders and industrial companies in other European Member States, and seeking cross-fertilisation with other Europe INNOVA and PRO INNO Europe® projects in order to maximise the visibility and impact of REMake.
