To create real business impact, the project aspires to be hands-on and very practical, reaching out to over 1700 companies and research institutions through training courses, match-making events, self-assessment tools, coaching, tailor-made innovation advice and many more. Cluster Managers are trained and can share experiences through Cluster Manager Days and staff exchanges. The project tests the certification of Cluster Mangers in cooperation with the European Initiative for the Excellence of Cluster Organisations. The EcoCluP partners commonly invest in updating the Eco-Innovation Cluster Portal to ensure that the partnership remains sustainable after the completion of the project.

In  order to achieve the project objectives, numerous activities are followed by the cluster partners. These include for example:

  • Organisation of Business Travels to support the internationalisation of European eco-innovative SME‘s
  • Conduction of Matchmaking Events to foster the transnational partnering between companies
