The project specifically addresses actions aimed at developing activities and testing new and better support services with SMEs, as well as at delivering better and successful tools/instruments for cluster managers.

The concrete actions are:

  1. Development of specific tools in support of internationalisation of innovative SMEs using tools and better practices identified in the first generation of Europe INNOVA;
  2. Development and testing of concrete cluster support services for innovative SMEs;
  3. Transnational partnering activities between cluster organisations and their businesses.

These are developed through cluster managers visits, business matchmaking events, short-term staff exchanges, development of a mutual cluster ambassador scheme, development of methods for a better exploitation of Joint Research Capacity, and IPR support services.
