During the 'Sign in' process to the Europe INNOVA portal, you might receive a warning concerning this site's certificate. This message relates to the issuer of the certificate, who is not set as a predefined certificate issuer in your browser. To avoid this message you can download and install the European Dynamics SA root certificate or explicitly trust this certificate ('Continue to this webiste in Internet Explorer 7 or 'Add an exception' in Firefox 3).
To download and permantly install the root certificate click on this link and follow the guidelines below, according to your browser.
You will be asked to open or save the certificate:
Choose Open.
First you see the certificate you have downloaded. You can click on the Details tab, to see the contents. Click Install.
Click Next.
Click Next.
Click Finish.
Click Yes to install the certificate.
Click OK to finish the installation.
You will be asked to trust a new Certificate Authority (CA) with the name European Dynamics SA:
Before trusting this CA, you should examine its certificate and its policy. Click on the View button to see the details of the certificate:
Click on the Details tab, to see the contents. Click Close and then tick the Trust this CA to identify web sites checkbox on the initial popup. Click OK to install the certificate in your browser.
